Fantastic property just outside of Sorrento downtown area. Great pool, poolside dining, also what initially appeared to be two hot tubs in their amazing lemon tree garden, grassy area surrounded by lemon trees, turned out to be cold plunges which were great in the summer heat. The staff were phenomenal and accomodating.
Very good hotel! All the staff were attentive, friendly, and polite. The breakfast was wonderful, and the location was excellent. I definitely recommend
Nice 4-star hotel, with lovely communal space by the main bar to lounge and relax.

We just spent 4 nights here, the pool was great. It would have been nice for it to be open until 8pm not 6pm. Hot tubs weren’t in service when we were here. The bedding wasn’t the best. Though the continental breakfast was great, would extremely NOT recommend the all you can eat meal for dinner. The food was cold and gross. Staff were nice. Shuttle service was good. Overall okay stay, but had a lot of areas that could’ve been better.
As a solo traveler i enjoyed staying here i felt safe. The staff were super nice and the free breakfast was a great perk. The hotel is up on the hill so amazing views however, not many shops on the street also no side walks. If you decide to walk it will be in the road. The hotel has a shuttle service that goes into the city center with posted times so if you’re hoping to shop or need items from market you will have to go there. For the AC in rooms you just have to click power button to turn it on for me it wasn't already on but easy to turn on.
Property wasn’t clean. Bathrooms were dirty. Front desk person Giuseppe was very unhelpful and made things way more difficult. Other front staff were better. Room was very noisy. Was difficult to get around from the Atlantic.
Nice place to stay in Sorrento! We had a beautiful view from our balcony, room was perfect and shuttle was very handy getting to and from main part of Sorrento and port. Shuttle times were a bit awkward but made do. Staff were lovely on reception and very helpful. If you are wanting to stay a bit closer to town this place is a 15 min shuttle away!
Gloria at the front desk was amazing from the moment we arrived! She helped us book our tours and recommended the best places to spend our time in Sorrento. Thanks to her we made the most of our time there & will definitely be back to Sorrento one day!
Beautiful view, very large rooms, quiet and cozy
Nice amenities and they provide transport
But no dining options and after 10 pm, no transport is available
First and foremost, the staff was outstanding. There was lots of space both inside and out.
The food in the restaurant was always very good and service was friendly and efficient.
I would stay there again.
The hotel was beautiful. The shuttle bus down to Sorrento Center was very convenient (you must prebook with the front desk). The shuttle is free during the day and 2 euros each way at night. From the shuttle the beaches are a little bit of a hike (about 20 min walk downhill but coming back up is rough.) The breakfast was great- loved the pancake/omelette station. Pool area was lovely, you get towel cards and they even did poolside a as activities. The hotel also had a lovely garden restaurant that served dinner a few times a week. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Regina Beach (highly recommend water shoes and bring water).
This hotel was ok and did the job while we stayed in Sorrento however it was not quite up to our expectations. Whilst the room and balcony were a good size the room required some maintenance and i would say it was average on the clean scale. The view from the room however was beautiful. we were on the 4th floor and there was live music on in the roof top bar one evening that kept us awake, and it seemed that every evening around 10 or 11pm doors were being slammed either by staff or guests but this was not ideal. If this was staff then more consideration needs to be taken when closing down the bar.
The breakfast was average although the staff were helpful and did provide espresso when asked, otherwise there is just filter coffee which is a dated offering in our opinion. Reception was ok, although there was a shuttle bus which did prove very useful in the day. this was less than useful in the evening and we had to get the local bus multiple times due to the lack of service down to the town. It is worth noting that you can actually walk to Sorrento town along the road which we did do a few times, just be cautious of traffic.
The food at the hotel is very expensive and limited.
For what we paid we were underwhelmed but this did not taint our trip, Sorrento is beautiful and so is the Amalfi coast. We highly recommend exploring the Amalfi and Positano by boat and try to get a smaller boat tour of up to 12 people, this was perfect and not too expensive.
We arrived at the hotel and they gave us a room in the annex with a very musty smell, the bathroom valve didn't work so they gave us another room, this room had a very old bed with an inadequate mattress and every day we were greeted at 5:00 in the morning by the noise of employees moving around with carts full of towels. The positive point of the hotel was its location and the reception staff with Francesco from the breakfast room.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Pool falling into disrepair, turned swim shorts bright green from day one.
Restaurant used for lunch, food was good but expensive, €20 for club sandwich, €8 a beer
Shuttle bus isn’t free in the evenings and isn’t frequent enough and doesn’t run late enough.
Too far from centre, 30 minutes walk along a dangerous narrow winding road with no pavements. €30 one way ride into Sorrento centre with local taxi is scandalous!
No local convenience stores only a cafe 5 minutes up the road
Rooms were clean and decent
No toilet roll left all week, had to keep asking for it
Pool staff happy and polite
Reception staff miserable
Breakfast acceptable
