We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient—especially shuttle bus service transportation options.

The hotel is very nice and has a great position looking down and over the town of Sorrento. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and everyone of them friendly and helpful. It should be known that the position of the hotel makes it very unsuitable for walking into town but the hotel provides a very good bus service.

The hotel is set high on a hilltop and has a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples, and the town of Sorrento below.

The room had a musky oder, the hotel never ran the air conditioner for shared spaces and also had an oder of mold. There was no where to purchase water and very little was included with the room. The view was nice, but so far from town.

10/10 stay, would rate the staff and hotel cleanliness higher than 5/5 if I could. This stay will be one that lives on in my memory forever given the dedication the staff put into making this hotel a truly phenomenal stay.

Expedia says property is 0.6m from town, but that’s as the crow flies and it’s about 3k by road. Luckily the hotel runs a shuttle bus but that takes away a bit of flexibility. Worst thing about the hotel by far was the noise. Walls are paper thin so hardly got any sleep from people in other rooms arriving late /departing early. They weren’t being particularly loud but the noise really traveled.

This hotel was amazing. The views are spectacular. It’s not easy to walk to town but they offer a free shuttle. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great hotel. It’s a beautiful property with a beautiful view! The restaurant is excellent. The rooms are spotless. It’s a distance from the city center, but we had fabulous dinners overlooking the sea so there is no need to go into Sorrento for dinner.

The two best things about this stay were these: Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice young man and the other is the breakfast. The variety is great. There’s a very businesslike woman who is not friendly. She treats you like a number and reprimands you if you don’t understand something. They do have a shuttle service to downtown which was convenient. The hotel is very outdated, A/C is controlled by the front desk and towels are gross/old. It seems more like a 3 star hotel not 4.
