"The Grand Hotel Aminta is a fantastic hotel with beautiful views over Sorrento. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spotlessly clean. The breakfast is very nice and the food at the hotel is excellent. The real jewel is the staff. Every single one of them was so wonderfully helpful and they really made you welcome. Nothing is too much for them. The shuttle bus is a live saver when going back and forth into Sorrento, but be warned if you miss the last bus a cab is very expensive (€35-40) and the walk back up to the hotel is not for the faint hearted!"

"This hotel was simply perfect!!! Very cold air conditioned room after a very hot day in August each day. Very clean and staff was exceptional! This was our first trip out of the country and everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome, helped us navigate our way through the city, as well as helped plan our excursions. I highly recommend this hotel!! Close to Piazza Tasso square! Restaurant you must eat at is Mama Italia only a 5 min walk from hotel. Lemon pasta is out of this world!!"

"Great hotel - the pool is so lovely, surrounded by trees and peaceful. Good breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful and attentive. I’m really glad we chose this hotel, we hadn’t heard much about it and were not sure what to expect but we would definitely book again and recommend. We liked that it was a quiet and a little out of the busy hustle of Sorrento whilst only being a 15 min walk from centre of Sorrento. Felt much more chilled because of that than many we passed on the street while exploring. Was good value compared to others too"
