Room was very clean, modern with patio and small fridge. Nonna makes breakfast for you and brings it into your room. Host was very responsive.

This is exactly as listed on the property details. Veryyyyy well located, only a 12 min walk from the bus station and a 10 min walk to the shore. We had a great time staying here. The lady who looked over the property and bought us breakfast in the morning was delightful. And we were able to check in pretty smoothly for the most part.

It was such a lovely place to stay! The location was perfect! The only fault is it’s so so hard to find, we used google maps and it’s a room in a block of flats. I had to ask a man at a shop to help us get there and ask Google. I feel like it needs a sign or something to direct guests! But overall lovely room & lovely lady who was so helpful for us, Thank you! :)

A propriedade não é um hotel, na verdade é um Bed and breakfast que fica num prédio. Tem que ter internet para comunicar e a abertura é por WhatsApp. Mas a localização é muito boa e dá pra andar para todo o centro histórico! A Sra. que faz o café ( que é básico ) é muito prestativa!

Great location, owners and staff always on hand to help, nice short easy 5 min stroll to the main shopping street with plenty of restaurants and bars . 10 min walk to train and bus station. I used the pool next door one day which had nice food and a pool bar, it cost 20 for each person. Will defo return owners and housekeeper were very helpful during our stay, room small but perfect for what you need very clean and safe and the best location.

Was a nice stay in Sorrento. The check in process was not exactly easy but everything else was good. The woman who cleans the rooms and provides breakfast is wonderful - minimal English but a very warm and welcoming presence.

Our stay in Sorrento was truly amazing from beginning to end. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station, as well as all the shops and incredible restaurants, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The place itself was beautiful and spotless, with everything very well taken care of. Communication with the host was excellent—always quick, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with great options, and having it brought to our room at our preferred time was such a special touch. The lady who took care of the cleaning and breakfast was incredibly sweet and kind, adding a warm, personal feel to the experience. We loved our stay in Sorrento and would definitely come back to this wonderful place!

I am truly very disappointed due to several experiences I had: 1- The place is not easy to locate. 2- It looks completely different in reality compared to the photos; what is supposed to be the reception area is just a tiny hallway. 3- The photos show breakfast laid out on a small counter, but that isn't the case; instead, a lady brings it to your room at a time you choose between 8 AM and 10 AM—yet the room has no chairs for eating. 4- The person supposed to hand over the room only communicated by phone, despite claims that she would do so in person; in my case—and for another couple traveling with us—the key was handed over by a young man who does the cleaning and speaks neither English nor Spanish. I did not receive the room I paid for; I booked a "Superior Double Room," and the confirmation photo showed a spacious room with a small balcony. However, the room I actually received (Room #4) was very small. Given the current hot weather, there is no self-service ice machine available. For the price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere else.

The location of the property is great. It is close to the main city centre and the beach. However, the cleanliness of the property is concerning. There were ants all over the bathroom. This was brought up to the staff immediately upon arrival, however the staff didn’t do much to help the situation. They said it was “normal for the building to have ants”. As a guest; this is not acceptable and impacts the cleanliness of the room. I asked to change rooms, however staff said none were available and that it won’t make a difference because there are ants in all of the rooms. Also, the door to the room was left open after cleaning. This is not acceptable and impacted the safety of this property. Since it is a small boutique hotel, anyone could’ve walked into the room and stollen belongings. When this was brought up to the staff, they were once again not helpful and said the door was only left open for a few minutes since the staff “just left the room”. Yet, we would not know this since we left at 10 am and arrived back at 6:30 pm. In the future I will not be coming back to this place.
