"Our room was good. Onlybthe bathroom seemed to be a bit half cleaned. Towels were not neatly placed, they looked disturbed and not fresh. We did ask for fresh ones. The property's perimeter needs a touchup. Front desk was nice and polite."

"Parking safe and easy. Did not use pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating. In great proximity to Baton Rouge. Great restaurants and shopping near by. The one down side was breakfast. Sparsest breakfast options I have encountered. Breakfast consisted of the choice of 2 cereals, mini muffins, waffles and yogurt. The coffee was cold "

"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."
