"When we checked in another person staying at the property came in to say that their ac was not working. They were told they had already ordered ac’s and they would install theirs that night. I made a joke about ours not working and they said, “yours should work. If not then call.” We got into our room and it was at least 85 degrees and called and let them know. They told us their order of ac’s were on the way and they would install them that night.
So they rented out rooms knowing the ac didn’t...
