"I just wanted to express my gratitude to Ms. Espie the hotel manager for making our stay at the Ramada the best! Yes, the building is a little older and needs to be updated but you get what you pay for and for the price, it was a great stay. The room was clean and bed was comfy!! We had an amazing view from the 10th floor and got to see all the fireworks for 4th of July.
Ms. Espie's customer service is exceptional. Our plane landed way earlier and check in wasn't until 3 pm and she made sure we had a room right when we arrived and accommodated everything for us to make our stay better.
