"Everything for Naomi and Ronald was was wonderful except for check in. Somebody said she was manager, but we later saw that she wasn't. Naomi and Ronald, a stroke patient, were given no help with bookers name only on reservation and would not let them check in. It just needed a simple phone call, that she would not help with and even told them that she sent somebody else away with the same issue just earlier. My wife had to call me, I had to go online, the call, the get transferred, and a simple name change Expedia could have hand from her also. She then reminded my wife that the hotel has nothing to do with reservations from others. As a Choice member, I was aghast to hear what happened. It was such a shame as they both loved the hotel and the balance of the staff. Breakfast was extra special. All as I expected for them when I made the reservation, except for the woman you allow to check people in when a manager isn't there."
