Penerbangan + hotel di Pantai Selatan

"We booked two night Friday to Saturday. We couldn’t arrive Friday so we called and talked to the front desk and then got transferred to a manager. Assured us we can just arrive on Saturday. When we arrived Saturday for a wedding about 4:00 the front desk person told us they had no rooms available. This front desk person was the same person we spoke to on Friday. He did not know what happened. Than 1 manager came up to us and stated that someone had dropped the ball and they did not check us in...

"This was a great 3 night stay at this Best Western Hotel in Carlsbad, Ca. The hotel was easy to access and located very near the ocean. The room was very large, the bed was very comfortable, parking was always near the room. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, and staff was quick to replenish any thing that ran out. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints at all."

"It was nice how it was next to the beach. Clean and well kept. Just needs to be more updated. But overall good for the price and being next to the ocean"

"Ac was down in our room. Went down at 11pm to office and staff said all were down and didnt offer a fan or anything. He said someone should have told us when we checked in but no one did. I told manager in the morning and she did not sound too convinced that all were down. Felt like staff just did not want to deal with us at 11pm at night."
