"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."

"Hotel was clean and well decorated. Room had Keurig with coffee and tea pods as well as needed condiments for such. Bath items like a robe, shampoo, soap, moisturizer are provided along with plenty of fresh towels. Child enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. A tad busy right after school, less crowded after dinner time. The arcade had plenty of games, prize machine was limited for larger ticket amount but run by Ryan Amusements and cards are interchangeable at various places. Restaurants on...

"Room smelled like fried food"

"Very pleasant all around! Big room, very clean, coffee maker and good sized fridge in the room. Also a very good price. My only suggestions for the management are to leave several packets of coffee in the rooms (only had one decaf and one regular) and more hangers in the closet."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

"We loved our stay here! It was quiet, the staff was lovely, the room was mostly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The only issues we had was that the extra blanket in the room was kind of gross so we requested a new one which they promptly brought us, and the vent on the AC/heater needs a thorough cleaning. Otherwise we love the place! The on-site restaurant was excellent! We would definitely stay here again! "
