"A convenient, quick transit spot since it sits right near the airport and right at the entrance of the city. However, this did not cut my true 5-star. The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. "Checkin Was not easy, changing rooms and category. Ac was not working for first few hours, fridge was not working it changed and again same issue. Overall very bad experience."
