"The old adage "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true for this hotel... but it really was more like a motel. My first impression was they could care less about customer service because no one was at the front desk to greet me when I checked in (or when I went to check out). "I had a great stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shopping. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses behind, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They quickly located them and even mailed them back to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!"
