"I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, for the average person they’re good options for breakfast, non for vegans. The location was great, but the view from the property was not the best looking at sanitation trucks and road salt mounds."

"I don’t even stay their I tried to call when I got there there where people outside smoking I don’t know what and I did not feel safe to stay there with my daughter I tried to cancel they said it was a third party and I couldn’t when I call Expedia you guys were no help at all as well"

"This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The entire place felt cold and sterile, and the check-in experience was honestly off-putting—the front desk attendant was visibly picking his nose while handing me my room key, which set the tone right away. Parking was a nightmare. There are essentially no spots available despite the number of rooms, so be prepared to scramble or park far away. The room itself offered zero comfort. The walls were paper-thin—I could hear my neighbors clearly all...

"I stayed at this hotel for about 2 hours and had to leave because of how dirty it was. The towels had visible stains on them, and even worse, the bed had stains too, which made it completely unusable. The heat didn’t work at all, and with it being around 26 degrees outside, the room was freezing and uncomfortable. The bathroom walls did not look clean at all, and overall the place just felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—just don’t go, it’s bad."

"The staff were helpful with taking care of special requests. The kitchen was well place and equiped with all basic amenities, even a dish washer. The breadast area was clean and offered a good selection though custom omlets were not offered."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the layout of their own overall & the bathroom. Staff were attentive & friendly. The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. The walls are rather thin, and I heard a lot of intimate moments, showers, toilet, flush, children, running back-and-forth. It was very hard to relax. After all of that, there was a charge for...

"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"
