"Friendly staff and quick check-in/check-out. Even though the official check-in time was 3pm, our room was ready to move in by 12pm. Clean and large room, with a comfortable bed. Decent size bathroom, however the shower pressure was on the low side, although water was hot. Main room issue was, as the hotel is right next to I-95 and a major street, traffic noise was not blocked by the windows and frequently heard throughout the night. Because of that light sleepers may consider staying in another hotel. Breakfast was a case of "had better, had worse". Nice orange juice but terrible coffee. Very close walking distance to places to eat and shops. Very convenient for getting to FLL and cruise terminals. Would stay here again, but ask for a room at the front of the hotel, to reduce noise from I-95. "

"Reservation went easily and the room was comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower. Got in very late so was pleased that the check-in was quick and easy. Cool and comfortable room. Asked for a late check-out, preferably 12-noon but free late check-out ended at 1130am. Good enough. All-in-all, a good experience for the short stay."

"Our room had a sticky floor and very dirty bed sheets. Reported it as soon as we checked in. Came back from dinner and they said it was all taken care of. Went up to go to bed and no one had been there. Called the front desk and was told house keeping doesnt work this late so they would drop off sheets. After going back down to the front desk they finally sent someone to take care of our bed. I dont know if id stay there again especially for paying $1,000 for 2 nights. Additional costs that you should keep in mind - Valet is $57 a day (self park $55 lol). The private beach area was busy, chairs and towels were included but $38 to rent an umbrella which is a must. Our two adult beverages, 1 mix drink and 1 surfside can cost us $36. The pool and pool area was nice. It is in a good location and we did have a good time. The whole bed ordeal right off the start was bad and this review would have been much better if they had just taken care of it."

"We stayed only for a couple hrs to sleep between getting off our cruise and flying home. Staff were super friendly and helpful with getting free shuttle to airport set up. The shuttle was great! Rooms were spacious and clean with everything you'd need. The view seeing airplanes take off was a huge bonus for my 4 kids. Really good location, too. Close to stores and food. Made not having a vehicle not an issue at all. Would definitely recommend!!"
