We had an excellent stay. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and quite comfortable. Mary was lovely to deal with. It was close to everything including a gym, but you need a car to comfortably get around. We would definitely stay here again!

The suites are spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay—beach towels, a fully functional kitchen, and a balcony with views stretching across the Caribbean Sea to Saint Martin. The saltwater pool is a bonus for a nice dip and the gardens around the property add to the relaxed island vibe. Parking is private and easy, and the area is peaceful—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What truly sets Royal Palms apart is the hospitality. Mary and her team go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. She accommodated our early check-in and was incredibly helpful when our travel plans changed unexpectedly, welcoming us back with just a quick call. Really nice accommodations!

Very impressed with Mary. Responded to all our needs in the timely manner. Away from the beach; however, pool and tropical environment, lovely. Rooms large. Not a resort, which is why we enjoyed it!

Very comfortable on Anguilla

Mary is an amazing hostess. The rooms are spacious, very clean and fully equipped kitchen. You could probably get away with using taxis from this location but I would not recommend it. Renting a car is your best bet from this location. There is plenty of parking. We did not use the pool as we were visiting all the beaches and restaurants Anguilla has to offer. Whenever we visit Anguilla we will be staying here. We were lucky to get the top floor and a great view. You really cannot ask for anything better for the price. Mary, thank you so much for having us!!! NOTE: There is no elevator.

The Royal Palms was perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and had zero complaints. The apt was incredibly spacious, with a balcony where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast every morning. The bedrooms were huge, clean, and had plenty of storage for our clothes. The kitchen was fully functional—although we are out most dinners. They provided both beach towels and bathroom towels. Mary was always in communication if we needed anything and extremely responsive. All in all a perfect stay! We will definitely be back.

Not sure how this place has such a high rating. The owners are friendly but it is in the middle of nowhere. The only thing next to it is a dilapidated building in a field with a loud dog behind a fence. Each room is like an apartment with a kitchen and a bedroom, but then there are also a few mystery locked doors you cannot open. When we arrived no one was around. We had to call the owners and they said we can just go to our room. However they never told us our room number to begin with. The hair dryer had a burning smell when using it because no one has ever cleaned out the lint. The wifi is extremely weak, to the point that when you’re in the bedroom you get no signal because the router is in the kitchen. Overall I recommend you pay a bit extra and stay somewhere closer to the beach.

Mary was super duper nice ,it was my wedding anniversary and she surprised my husband and i with a nice bottle of wine and flowers and put us on to D/D car rental big up miss Ruth . Ill definitely be back

It might look like off the beaten path (which is par for the course for Anguilla, for those who have been around), but it is quite a gem. It was an unexpected pleasure to be in a simple, serene and quiet place (in fairness, it was after the carnival season), and we enjoyed our morning coffees in this state. The place was spacious and clean and turndown services and other additional asks can be requested. The location is near the center of the island which made it a convenient base for us to reach the beaches, dining options, supermarkets and what have you. As a bonus, property manager Mary is one of the most helpful people in the service industry as we have met, and she made our stay much exceptional than we could have expected. Royal Palms is recommended for travelers who may be working on a limited budget yet would rather prefer the peace and quiet of what an island gives without sacrificing modern amenities.

Wonderful stay at Royal Palms Hotel in Anguilla (June 2024) I recently returned from a wonderful 9-night stay at Royal Palms in Anguilla. It was my first time visiting Anguilla in 10 years and it is just as gorgeous as ever with stunning beaches, excellent cuisine and nightlife, local events and a welcoming community. Royal Palms is peaceful and beautiful with a lovely pool and garden. The two- bedroom, two bath accommodation was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed views from the balcony over the sea toward Saint Martin. The room was always clean and fresh and the kitchen was well-appointed. All we had to do was relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you to our excellent hosts, Tracy and Mary Busby, and their attentive staff. We could not have asked for more.
