"Overall the stay was okay. However I personally would not stay again. I got a room with a couch but it was not very comfortable. The pool was under repair although I don’t recall seeing that when I booked. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants so that was a huge plus."

"Parking was easily available. Air conditioner and heat worked well. Refrigerator kept things cold."

"Its a budget-friendly hotel. My room was clean and the Staff were very helpful and polite. They have a pool and vending machines for snacks. The exercise room is small. There is about 3 or 4 treadmills in there but no weights. The hotel has 2 elevators also which is helpful if you're on one of the upper floors. The hotel sits up on a hill right next to the interstate which is convenient and the view is nice. If you're in the Bristol area for a few days, I'd definitely recommend considering this...

"The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. I had a non smoking room, it didn’t smell like smoke but there was a very strong air freshener of some kind in there and that’s all you could smell. The bed was very comfortable though.
