"The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. "

"Very nice property. Comfortable stay. I see other reviews here talking about noise. It wasn't noisy for us. Just normal traffic sounds of staying in a city. Would recommend and would stay again! "

"The owners were very communicative, the apartment was clean and nice. There is a Thai restaurant and an orange theory in the building. Everything was very easy and accessible. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...

"Started a little rough with check in, but John handled quickly and professionally!! Stay was great!!! Quiet inside, but a little noisy outside due to downtown night life!!!! Overall, will definitely stay again if in the downtown Indy area!!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. When we arrived, the space was spotless and comfortable, very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend a stay here as it is located in walking distance to great shopping, dining, and various other entertainment options, and is comparable to most hotels in the area, but way better than staying in a hotel room. Felt right at home."
