"The location was good but the hotel not so much. The room was cold when we arrived and the thermostat did not work to crank up the heat. Could not get warm to fall sleep as there was only a skinny blanket on the bed. The room was not very clean, there was hair in the sink and a spill behind bathroom door, floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. "Street people filled the parking lot and we even saw one overdosed getting treated by an ambulance beside the parking lot midday. Motorbikes seem to like to gather there as well and ride as loud as they can which didn’t help with having any proper sleep. The staff were fine. The elevators are quite terrifying with how old and slow they are. Carpets and curtains were disgustingly dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. I prefer firm bed so that was great. Wouldn’t stay again."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast is ok. They have gluten free cereal which is a bonus and lots of non gluten free bread choices. My husband said the eggs and sausage are just ok. Lots of yogurt to choose from also. The coffee is terribleand very weak. the breakfast staff are great.
