"When i arrived and got to my room i realized my toilet wouldn’t fully flush so i mentioned it to the engineer who was addressing the same issue across the hall. When i got back later i could see that the issue wasnt resolved. So i let the front desk know when they sent me a status text message. I received another text once the issue was supposedly resolved. Nope. It wasn’t. They should have moved me to a different room. Hard to have guests over when your toilet wont flush."

"Domestic Violence next door to me... but this time Mangement yelled at me for reporting it. Same bad old guy as a previous negative review... he may have a serious health problem, but yelling at guests doing the right thing is verbal abuse, financial abuse and emotional abuse all rolled up into one big abuse."

"The hotel was horrible. The reception area smelled like cat piss. They over did it with the fabuloso and or pine sol where it irritated the nose. You had to go to the lobby to get ice. You had to go to the lobby to pick up any food delivery. I wouldn’t stay here if the next stay was free."

"Have stayed here many times and it is always perfect! Much nicer and cleaner than upscale hotels I have traveled too. Staff is always the BEST! One of the cleanest hotels I stay at. Love this property!"

"The location was interesting, in a shopping center. But it was centrally located to where we needed. Nice hotel with clean comfortable accommodations. The room was quite loud however with air conditioning noises and overheating the room next door. But an overall pleasant experience"

"Room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel could use a freshen up as carpets in hallways are dated and dirty. The walkway from the from the pool area to the parking lot can use some repair."

"From check in to check out, The Sonesta is top tier! Their rooms are beautiful and clean. The bar is gorgeous and perfect for a drink. I especially loved the $15/day credit to use either at the bar, restaurant or cafe. The staff responds to any request quickly and efficiently. The pool is divine with it's heating and the many windows and skylights let in such great sun; perfect for lounging poolside. My only complaint is the inconsistent pool hours. They are different every day and are not...
