"The hotel was okay, but far below what I expected.
I stayed for four days on a business trip and asked at least twice a day for access to an iron. Somehow, this turned out to be impossible. I was told the hotel had 15 iron sets, but they were always on loan. Several times, staff said they would call me when one became available, but I never heard anything.
The rest of the stay was mostly in line with expectations, but for a business hotel, simple and important things like this matter. Not being able to iron clothes for four days is frustrating enough. The lack of helpful follow-up from the staff made it worse.
Overall, an okay hotel in some respects, but disappointing when basic business travel needs are not handled properly."
