"Hotel was nice. Very big property with multiple buildings. We stayed in building 8 on the 10th floor. Check in online made it easier once on the property. Took maybe 5 minutes to get my room key and parking pass. The suites are very spacious and beds are comfy. However, the showers need major updates. The tiles are dirty and cracking, almost feels like a college dorm shared bathroom. I texted and asked if it could be cleaned while we were out for the day and response was quick. I was told the shower was cleaned maybe 20 minutes later but no other part of the room was cleaned.
The pools were great, my 5 year old enjoyed the kiddie pool. The only other downside was that only 1 elevator was working the whole weekend. So on our last day at check out, it was a bit chaotic trying to get back and forth to our room to carry everything to our car.
Oh and if you come back to the property after midnight, be prepared to circle for over an hour looking for a park. The 1st night we lucked up and found a park on the top floor of the garage but the 2nd night (saturday) we could not find parking after an hour of searching past 1am with a very sleepy child. Finally my mom asked the front desk if we could park in the registration area and they were very apologetic and allowed us to park in the area and called for us a golf cart to drive us to our building.
Staff was very friendly overall. I would give property 5 if showers were updated, elevators were fixed & maybe another garage added "
