"The room is basic. I was clean and everything worked fine. Shower was hot. The office employees were very friendly and helpful. Saturday to Sunday was pretty full and was a little noisy. Not from the hotel, but the side street. Sunday to Monday was empty and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again. You can’t beat the cost and the location."

"Winchester Bay Inn is an old school coastal motel in a tiny harbor village at the end of the beach road. Basic and functional. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was clean and the water pressure is great. It also was blissfully quiet overnight during the week in late summer. I would recommend it."

"The hotel looked a little dated but we were pleasantly surprised it was clean and quiet and rooms were quite nice. It was close to all of the touristy locations and next to 2 grocery stores so if you needed any snacks or drinks that was convenient."

"Great location right on the river leaving town. View of the bridge and river from the room! Very clean motel 6. Has more of a mom and pap feel to it. It’s affordable, so you get what you pay for. A clean bed and a shower. No amenities, no breakfast, etc."

"The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the view. The rooms seemed updated and the grounds seemed very nice. Easy walking access to the old downtown. If there was one thing that could be changed it would be to be able to get the room cooler. For us even a screen on the door out to the deck would have helped. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. Thank you."

"Clean room; excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower; nice cross breeze when windows open to cool off the room without needing to use the air conditioner; good breakfast selection; very friendly staff; comfortable bed. Perfectly located near museums, restaurants, and local shops. Relatively quiet, even with the traffic around us."
