Front desk clerk super friendly and lively. We get to the room and it is somewhat open. No towels in the room, tv doesn’t work, door frame is rotted out but to top it off, our door wouldn’t close all the way or lock, kids went to the pool and there was actual poop in the pool, Broken glass around the pool and in the pool, cigarette buds in and around the pool. Room 213 and room 118 guest were drunk and fight. I called the front desk and no answer so I walk down there and the doors are locked. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. My children and I moved the bed to the door to make sure it wouldn’t be opened. It was a spare in the moment and last minute decisions and no where else to stay so we stayed there paying $223. NO NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE AGAIN. It was the worst and most horrible and unsafe facility we have ever stayed at.

The staff was friendly in the morning but the night staff was all right and what I didn't like was one of the managers was hitting on my friend who he thought was a minor. False advertisement I do understand that it has very little stars but the pictures completely different from what you actually book.

They gave me dirty used & wet towels when I checked in. There was also dirty used drug items in the trash can in the RR my 12 year old daughter almost got cut with it emptying out our trash how nasty and dirty don't recommend this place at all

I didn’t even stay in the room for 10 minutes, I was appalled by the way it looked, shower was falling apart cracks everywhere.. no towels were even there, u could easily cut yourself on the floors through the whole place, I would never 👎 recommend that place to anyone!!

Toilet didn’t flush, shower handle is breaking apart, the wood on the bed frame was falling apart at the edges and that can be a health hazard.

The staff was GREAT! Very helpful and kind. However, most of the people around were junkies and it felt very unsafe, the pool was un terrible conditions and the bathroom was barely working

The toilet was broken and did not flush. They sprayed the room with tons of air fresheners and it was unbearable. The pillows stunk like sweat. They need to close down. The faucet were leaking

Pool had mold and stuff floating in it. Room had dead and live roaches. Bed smelled. Restroom was filthy. Absolutely horrible. We didn’t stay. We left!

Location was good, close to the beach. Room stinks, we had to change couple rooms because door wasn’t locking, another was stinky with cigarettes smoke, AC also made room smell bad, so we even turned it off.
