"Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross"

"The staff was nice and they had a big storm the night before we got in and they were still able to accommodate our early check in. They offered their conference room to my family because it was so many of us gathered in the lobby but due to the storm it was soaking wet. The rooms were very cold or very hot; there was no middle ground. I personally feel it could have been cleaner but it was not dirty. My parents switched their room because there were bugs(not bedbugs), it was prolly those flying...

"The room was fine. The power went out for 2 hours and there was no running hot water. The breakfast was fine. Didn’t have any issues with parking into the last day when someone decided to take up 5 parking spaces. My mother is disabled and all other spaces were full. That customer should have been asked to park in the back."

"For the price, it was ideal for a weary traveler. The beds are comfortable and the shower was clean. A big plus for me is that it's dog friendly.The walls are thin and it is on the Interstate. Definitely not a vacation destination."

"I’m not sure how this place has so many amazing reviews. It’s very run down and the rooms are pretty gross. It also doesn’t really have a “breakfast” just like a few items they put out to grab and go. I wouldn’t personally stay here again."

"The place smelled like smoke unfit for someone to stay. The floor was coming up and the plumbing was so close that when you tried to go to the bathroom, you bumped your leg getting up on the vanity."
