"After a full day of walking what a treat the Station House was!
Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, the use of the common room, a informative book about the property and local suggestions as well as a cafe of delicious food."

"The owners were incredibly lovely and helpful, great for a chat over breakfast and any time we crossed paths. They had ideas and suggestions of where to go and what to do and very much gave a homely feeling to our stay.
The breakfast was delicious. They made a full English breakfast both days to order whilst also having a selection of different cereals, fruits and pastries. They had tea, coffee and juice all available and were incredibly dedicated to making the stay as great as possible.

"The hotel suite was sadly lacking in design attention and had no air conditioning. It requires full redecorating to match the finery in the public areas. The staff however were excellent- well done all of you. Breakfast was also lovely and plenty of it, staff remained calm and were professional under pressure at busy times."

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room, which was very spacious. The bed was quite comfortable and the rooms seemed to be sound-proof because it was so quiet and relaxing. Livermead beach is located across the street; the beach is beautiful, but the sand disappears at high tide, so be sure to plan your beach day around this. We also loved the stunning views from the rooftop terrace bar. We would love to return to Torquay and stay here...
