"I have stayed her several times and usually I have no problem. On this occasion the shower in my room had a leak that wouldn't stop. Also, the smoke alarm went off several times."

First issue, was the guest elevator was out of service, and the guests had to use the service elevator. That elevator is on one end, and our room was on the far end, which caused a lot of walking. I asked a service employee how long the elevator was down, she said "more than a week". When we made it to our room (ocean view suite) we walked in to notice it had not been cleaned after the last...
