"staff was helpful until I asked about getting day passes for our friends that were visiting us at the property... Then I was treated like I was an idiot for even asking about it. You should really allow guests the right to purchase day passes. The way it’s set up is terrible and it’s not the fact that I was told no, it’s the fact that when I asked the front desk, they made me go to the pool house to have them act like everyone knows that they’re purchased 21 days in advance. Also, pool area cleanliness wasn’t great, people left trash and food debris everywhere and employees just walked by it like it didn’t exist. If you’re going to call it a resort, treat it like one and unfortunately that means cleaning up after guests that don’t cleanup after themselves."
