"Brand new place, only open 2 months. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere is bright and clean. Like water bottle filler with ice on every floor. Room was nicely done with comfy bed, windows that open, smart bathroom (with a proper door!), sofa, small kitchen area. Parking plentiful and electric chargers if you need them. Nice location between Kittery, outlet area, and portsmouth. Love it"

"This was a beautiful well kept hotel with all amenities. We had to bring our dog and it was so convenient from rm to door for pet relief. The staff were all wonderful from the front desk to kitchen.
