"A guest beneath us smoked marijuana for over an hour, and the smoke filled our room while we had our 8-month-old baby with us.
We called the front desk twice and nothing was done. When my husband spoke to the front desk manager , she was rude and unprofessional and did not handle the situation appropriately.
The issue was only addressed after escalation, but by then our stay was already disrupted.
We also followed up afterward and did not receive a proper resolution."

"The hotel staff refused to allow stay do to a no-locals policy after arriving. The front desk staff were not helpful, and refused to allow me to speak with the manager. I was even told by the front desk staff that the manager was in a bad mood, and will not want to speak with me about it. Despite my he hotel staff claiming to request a refund through Expedia, Expdia had no evidence of the hotel staff requesting a refund.
I found the hotel staff/ management to be extremely poor customer facing,...

"We had a very nice stay at Lodge at Bodega Bay. The room we booked was not available on our date due to construction but guest services contacted me ahead of time and made accommodations that we were happy with and included an extra welcome gift. The premises is beautiful and we enjoyed the bocce ball court and the Drake's Restaurant. A very nice place for a special celebration getaway!"
