"I had the same lady at front desk. Rude. Not friendly at all. Ignored me to the point I just put my key cards on the desk, I said “thank you for being so pleasant “ and left. I did approach two other ladies who were wonderful!!! I mentioned to them about the water leaking from the ceiling into the jetted tub in our room. We were asleep when we woke up to the sound of water dripping very close and fast. I had called the front desk last night at approx 10:30pm. He came took a look and mentioned...

"The room welcomed us with disgusting smell. The TV did not work. The coffee machine was rusted. The floor drain was located in the main bedroom and smell of sewage was there. Something must be wrong with the plumbing. The beds were uncomfortable. In the morning, the next door jacuzzi flooded and some water came into our room. The AC was keep turning on and off by itself, and the buttons were somehow overidden. Cheap rate and the location were the only positive thing"
