"Room was clean and beds comfortable. Everything in the room worked. It was very quiet despite being near a busy highway and trucks leaving the parking lot early in the morning."

"The same front desk receptionist is always there when we stay and I absolutely adore her. Grateful for the consistent staff! Feels like a return trip to a known space."

"All of the staff were very nice. Our room was clean, nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Parking was free and plenty of it. The only complaint is the coffee situation. The in-room coffee maker was just OK and the creamer and sugar packet only had one pack of the powered creamer. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby, but it was always empty when I went down."

"Breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was not good. The one in the lobby area was a bit better."

"Upon check-in staff did not ask or inform us about registering for the shuttle to the airport. The staff member did mention the shuttle times, starting at 410am, and then hourly. We were unable to take the shuttle because we were not registered for it. Parking at the was an additional cost. The staff member checking us in did not ask if we'd be leaving any vehicles in the lot. The hotel is still somewhat under construction for over a year. The room was great, the staff that checked us...
