"Clean room but had a smell"

"While under renovation it’s a little challenging, clean rooms above average, but staff was nice and assisted with any issues minus short of staff. When the renovation’s are completed I would give 4 stars "

"Nice newer hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely laid out. Bathrooms nice and bed was comfortable. Exercise room was adequate and a nice sitting area/study area was available. Had a nice outdoor pool area, although small. Breakfast was adequate and similar to most IHG hotel breakfasts. I liked the place and would stay again; good value."

"Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no. Staff said they would send housekeeper to clean immediately and we waited over an hour and they still hadn’t gone. They hadn’t notified housekeeper when they said they would because the lady at the front desk “forgot” and when we went to ask, they finally did. Other than that, the stay was ok. There was a lot of street noise with cars and motorcycles revving their engines."
