"Older hotel but well maintained. Check in took longer than expected. However, the staff is welcoming and professional. We had breakfast at the on site restaurant. Server was super friendly and accommodating to the vegans in our party. Valet parking was convenient although pricey. Location is super close to the Millenium Park, shops, restaurants, and the riverwalk."

"We had a good stay overall! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was definitely a highlight—it was within walking distance of many restaurants, attractions, and other places we wanted to visit, which made getting around very convenient. The room and some of the hotel areas do look a little outdated, but everything was comfortable enough for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider coming back again!"

"Great hotel, close to every spot in the Chicago Loop area. Friendly staff and welcoming. My room was nice and comfortable for a solo traveller, and I loved the refillable water station with complimentary water bottles if you dont have one."

"The location and room itself worked well for us after a wedding on the Southside and using a Spot Hero parking place. The breakfast was very good, made fresh with good options but the tables needed to be bused and wiped down. The lobby needed tending to as well"
