"Room needs more maintenance. Bathtub needs repairs. Poor water pressure"

"We had a terrible experience. I will not be staying here again. The room was hot because the A/C was not working well. I reported it the day we arrived and they said someone would come take a look at it. No one ever did, they also could not give us another room which may not have helped because other family members had the same issue. They also did not clean our room the 2nd day. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel."

"Dirty room with stains on the sheets. Used salt packs and ketchup on the bed stand. Restroom door was falling apart. It would get stuck to the frame. There was dirt all over the edges of the room. The couch had rips in it. The window drapes also had red stains."

"Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...
