"I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn located in destin, Florida from April 3-5, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
Upon arrival, check in took forever, one of the corporate persons was there and he was so oblivious to everything. We missed the whole first day to do any activities because check in was horrible. Once I got to my room I noticed, the room was not clean, there was a strong odor, the bathroom was dirty, floors had not been swept nor mopped.i had to clean MY OWN ROOM. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, but all they could do is apologize because they didn’t have any help or housekeepers. But that did not make me feel better
Throughout my stay, I also experienced poor customer service, noise, broken amenities, which made my stay very uncomfortable.
I chose Holiday Inn expecting a certain standard of quality, but this experience did not meet those expectations. Due to these issues, I am requesting a full or partial refund for my stay.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the experience for future guests.
