"Checked into a room with a door that did not lock. Staff gave us a new room, however the bathroom smelled horrendous. We had moved all of our stuff once so we chose to suck it up after driving 6 hours. Staff were great. Breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. Pool - the room key didn’t open it so you had to go to the front desk. The water was very murky to the point we almost didn’t use the pool but my kids ended up using and enjoying it. Water was warm and pool area warm. Some of hotel had a bad sewer smell that was questionable including our room. Hotel was really quiet and bed super comfortable. "

"The staff was very hospitable, the only problem I had was with the cover that covered the bed, it smelt of urine which was clear that it was not changed before me taking occupancy of the room…thank goodness it was a double bed , so I use the other bed. Otherwise the stay was fine"
