I would recommend this location for individuals seeking close proximity to the beach who do not require air conditioning. The staff consistently demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and a willingness to assist with any request. Furthermore, the establishment is conveniently located adjacent to a highly-rated restaurant, and direct beach access is available just across the street.

We had a double room which was pretty much the only choice at the time. What I didn't realise was that this meant we didn't have anything more than a fridge. The motel is older, but full of character which I liked. Some of the staff were great. There is access to tea/coffee/hot water/microwave/toaster from breakfast to lunch, but the time of this seemed to vary which was frustrating. Sometimes it was 7 great! Sometimes 8- which put the whole day out. The location is fabulous with the beach right across the road. The lack of air-conditioning almost killed me in the middle of a heatwave. Access to the BBQs was amazing, but with no access to cutlery or crockery (despite asking) we had to go buy some! So mixed feelings about that. The pool was simply fantastic. A really good size and warm. Plentiful comfy sun loungers around the pool. Wonserful. Again the times it opened varied. We were told strictly 9am one day (so no morning swim before heading out) and yet another day people were in at 8.30. Various chairs and picnic benches around to use, but some seemed to have been 'reserved' (even when not in use) by other guests which was also frustrating when trying to find somewhere shady to sit

Will stay again!!

Rooms were clean, and very "roomy". Loved the post and beam ceiling in our room.... which also gave it a bit roomier feeling to the room. Great motel situated next to Skipper's restaurant (long time favorite), and just a minute's hop to the beach. Will come back again!

Village Green is a hidden gem! My family first stayed here last summer, and have continued to come back and recommend this property to all of our family and friends traveling to the cape. The staff is accommodating beyond belief, and have all been so helpful to my family and i. The fact that you can walk outside to either the outdoor pool, or across the street to the beach is my favorite part.

Pros: perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and a good restaurant is nearby. Cons: no AC (but you can get a fan, ask for it if it’s not in the room when you arrive), no coffee/tea in the rooms but it’s available most of the day in the coffee room (as well as a microwave), no hairdryer (just bring your own). Overall, a good option for a Cod getaway.

Great Location!

Great location. Nice staff! It’s right across the street from a beach and right next to a very delicious seaside restaurant/ice cream parlor. It’s very close to some other ice cream shops and a Game Center that has mini golf, arcade, and go carts. Parking is free on property. The room was small but it was ok the only terrible thing is that none of the rooms have AC which means that in the summer it’s unbearably hot.
