"The hotel was well maintained and clean. Everything in room was clean, fresh, working and newer. Breakfast went until 10am and had a great variety. Coffee and tea was 24/7."

"Carpets in hallway were very dirty.entrance door was hard to open n and close tv not working We had to pay another 65 dollars because I had asked for two queen bed and they put us in a room with one bed"

"Mold in the bathroom, I couldn’t even take a shower, hallways were dingy and carpet were stained, and it smelt musty. I even left early. I was supposed to stay two days, but I only stayed for one night slept on top of the sheets. I’ve never seen a hotel. This bad I left early got a hotel right down the street for one night at the park and it was night and day difference. I would go to the spark by Hilton. They also didn’t give me my $100 back which I had to pay a $100 deposit and they took that."

"The room was great very comfortable.tge pub was very nice friendly wprker the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast left alot to be desired,no butter or milk the first day and eggs and biscuit and sausage gravy was luke warm. Second morning we check to see if better opted not to eat that morning and went somewhere else. Went to look at pool we were going to go for a swim but water looked very cloudy,so skiped it."

"When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. "This property was in a ghetto area of the QCA and had gone downhill over the years. Our AC in the room did not work and when we notified the management nothing was done. The "breakfast" was essentially non-existent, only a couple of pancakes and cereal. Worse than most breakfast offerings at other hotels. The beds were comfortable however."
