Was an awful place to stay. Grubby, nightmare to check in. The girl in the bar was lovely and helpful and checked us in though the bar is a separate business. Shower head lying in bits so no shower, grubby carpets and walls. Steep small staircase so very difficult to get suitcases up and down. AVOID this place.

The room was clean and spacious, and for what we paid we can’t complain really. We were a bit worried about the road noise but had no issues. The rooms could do with some maintenance (no loo roll holder, bathroom shelf wedged up with pennies, broken plug socket) and better clarification on the access process as the code didn’t arrive til 12 the day of and we weren’t sent a form to fill in prior. But all in, we enjoyed our stay. Great location, and easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

The check in and using the code for the doors is all a bit of a hassle but during check in window there does seem to be staff around to help. It was a good location and clean.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is near to lots of pubs and restaurants so it’s a plus. A bit far from the museums and stuff but not too far.. it’s walkable

The room was plenty clean enough for a quick overnight stay. Nice and close to most of the city centre amenities. It was a little noisy but that didn't matter to me.

A good location and cleanliness are all this “hotel” has going for it. No elevator, no USB ports, no bathtub that it advertised. It doesn’t even have air conditioning! It was ungodly hot, especially trudging up the stairs.

Very nice room, clearly the owner is an interior designer. Very nice stay would recommend. Remotely run property so saw no sign of staff. Had to park using a private website due to no parking visible on site.

The hotel is well located & has pleasant facilities. However as seniors would not recomend it. Rooms are upstairs with m ultiple narrow staircases which as an 80 plus senior made access arduous If I were a 30/40 something I would heartily recomend it Cost & location are excellent. Oxford st. With great restos & bars is less than a minutes walk.

Read reviews before booking but did not reflect a true story of this property If you’ve large cases to carry then be aware of the narrow winding stairs you have to encounter to carry them up . Had difficulty in accessing entry at front door and room not the easiest ! Room was reasonable enough but no air conditioning so in hot weather suffocating. There was no hand soap and little body wash . Would not recommend to anyone .

Affordable option to stay central, parking is on the street pay and display. It was easy to access with instructions given, no reception available but worked ok. Not ideal if the weather is hot as no aircon and the building gets very hot inside. For some reason, i was confused as I thought this was around the Marina but not at all. In summary, no frills and works for a quick central stay.

There is a car park opposite the hotel. It’s close to all amenities. The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable that we wanted to ring in sick for work 😄We could have stayed in it all day . It was such a lovely hotel. We will be using it again in the future .

This place was okay - clean and a very comfortable bed! Finding and getting into it was insane. No markings that it was a hotel so we spent an hour and a half trying to find it - we stood right in front on the door but no sign.
