"We booked a fully wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. The room had a bath which my husband wasn't able to get into. Also there was no air conditioning and the room becmane hot during the night. Would not book this hotel again as it did not meet our booked requirements"

The only hitch was that my reservation couldn't be found in the self check in kiosk, becausec they only just began to use 3rd party booking sites, but the staff found it without issue. There isn't a traditional front desk, but everyone went out of their way to help. "
