"This hotel has a really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, location is quiet at night (even if close to the highway), convenient, lots of parking, and the breakfast has something for everyone. We travel to Auburn for work very often, and this hotel is a great choice. My only feedback: if you want housekeeping services, you have to request by 8am. Most mornings, I forget, or the front desk is busy, and I need to get to the office. Many times I am staying here for 4 or 5 nights. In that case, I think that housekeeping should be automatic - maybe on the 3rd day? At least for new towels. The staff here does a wonderful job - that should be acknowledged!"
