"It was really loud. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the laundry machines, the people at the hot tub, and rooms above us."

"Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. "

"They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

"Kitchen had what we neede. We only used it to make breakfast. Frying pans and utensils were available. Communication with host was amazing. Very quick response to any questions we had. Bed was very comfortable. "

"Staff was young and clueless. Room given was next to a broken ice machine that was impossible to sleep. Asked for another room and they gave me a hard time , after they offered this other room Next to the soda machine that also made noise . Bad quality of everything . Very dissatisfied. Was also told since I booked with Expedia they couldn’t help . "

"Mised having orange juice for breakfast. The rest was adequate. Hard to understand the staff at registration. Spoke too quietly and had to ask to repeat often. My problem with hearing but staff should have made better effort to commujnicate. Facilities were good. "

"The sheets were scratchy and made us itch, the towels were rough and harsh on our skin. It is such a beautiful property and such spacious rooms, people and food and drinks are fantastic. But the linens were horrible absolutely horrible."

"5 stars! My room was always made and cleaned by housekeeping Claudia! The vast number of working and clean amenities were available and the staff personnel are all so friendly, supportive and knowledgeable of the area. I will be coming again this year! Worth the value here! "
