"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey...

"Check in is at 5PM while check out is at 10AM. Why do they need 7 hours to prepare a room that’s insane? The have one soap dispenser in the bathroom by the sink which is a “3 in 1”. How on earth can a place with 100s of rooms, a pool, sauna, restaurant and bar be so cheap about soap?! And worst part is you can even move it. This is a 2 star hotel pretending to be more. These greedy corporate executives need to be removed.."
