Needs improvement: the desk clerk was aloof. When we return from the day and we went by the front desk, the ladies on her phone and didn’t even ask. “how was your day“? We reported to the front desk lady that the heater did not work. She replied that she would tell the people in the morning about it and told us that there were species in closet. "Room was squeaky clean, check in was easy and pleasant, and I loved the breakfast bar. Plenty of good amenities in the room and info in the entry about local events. It was really nice having snack options to purchase and hot drinks available all day. I appreciated that the selection of teas included a caffeine free option. I was in town for a race and chose this hotel for its walkability to the starting area, but I would definitely stay again to vacation."

"Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room.

"I ordered the “celebration” package for an extra 50$ And was expecting a bottle of champagne (based upon the picture) flowers, and local cupcakes. I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”…
I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish.
