"What an absolutely stunning property. Great location, was so peaceful and relaxing. The garden is spectacular and the goats were adorable. The breakfast every morning was delicious! "The resort is in a nice location and the view from our room was beautiful. However, the room itself is quite run down (stained carpet, chipped furniture, broken blinds). There is no A/C, so the room was very warm in the afternoon and evening. The ceiling fan, and the extra fan the hotel provides, didn’t really help to cool the room down."

"the 1 star was for the staff who were not helpful but totally rude. this is not the staff at check in for the main hotel, but the staff across the street from the main hotel. they didn't know anything about the area, about public transportation, about sight seeing in the town...etc. it was always, "sorry ma'am". two ladies were complaining about the guests within earshot. so unprofessional. the only person i saw that was nice and patient was the young Chinese lady, everyone else was...
