"It was a bit concerning at first when we initially arrived because the room across from us had the door kicked in. We had trouble using the room key cards to get into our actual room as well and actually needed assistance from the front desk because the door was really sticking. Despite these things it was super clean, smelled nice, looked nice and tidy, very spacious room. It was a lot more pleasant than other places. Would definitely book again!"

"It was a nice hotel and clean. The parking was extra, yet a flat fee and reasonable. Worth not trying to find a spot or searching street parking rules. Breakfast was decent, they also offered snacks in the evening. Staff was nice and accommodating. Would say it is a good place to book again."

"We had issues with fruit flies in our room which were quite annoying. Reported it. Manager was involved. We couldn't exchange rooms as our room had balcony and view of lake or take a a room facing parking lot. We did not want to change rooms. So they wanted to spray room which we were not comfortable with. They did clean our room again. We asked for a reduction in price but was told no. This room was quite expensive (over $350/ night ). I was treating my daughter and granddaughter to this weekend. We did get a guest bag with nuts and candy plus a note for a discount at a future date which I doubt we will use as we are 6 hours away. I think this hotel could have done better by us."

"We opted for the lake view and were glad we did. It was beautiful. All of the staff we interacted with was helpful and cheerful. We did not use the restaurant this time but have eaten there before and have been happy with it. The only downside was that we were required to wear a wristband the entire time even though we would not be using the pool area. The wristband is used in place of a key card for the room door. Neither one of us cared for that at all. It was uncomfortable to sleep in even though we kept it as loose as possible."
