"Do NOT stay at this property. The hotel, bar and room were beautiful. However a maid tried to enter our room at 9:00 (checkout was 11) woke us up. Manager said we didn’t have our do not disturb on. Nope. We always check before bed specifically for this reason. And second we let them valet our car. They park it in an underneath parking garage.
