Small Breakfast spread, but the biggest issue is the lackluster fitness center. No dumbells or free weights and only 3 cardio machines that 2 of which are unuseable. The staf are amazing, the rooms are good for the price, but the fitness center was a huge letdown.

We stayed one week and there are no microwaves in the room or in the lobby . We usually get food we can cook in microwave or reheat the food we bought. It’s not a 5 star hotel but our room was clean and smelled good in the room . Outside it smells like marijuana which I don’t mind , it’s legal in a lot of states ! Breakfast was decent just carby foods , but you have options around there walkable distance .

I made the reservation for this Baymont by Wyndham completely by mistake, as I thought I had made my reservation at the Madison Heights location near my clients studio. It was one of the best mistakes i have made since I married my now ex- wife! Iola, Shante, Rose and Dorothy took care of me like i was family and gave me phenomenal recommendations throughout Detroit. Do not overlook this gem of a location🙏

Daytime staff were unreachable, parking lot was sketchy, hallways were dirty, had trash in them, and were uneven to walk on. Rooms were tidy, but had a layer of grime. Beds were extremely hard, the sheets were not clean, and rooms smelled strongly of floral scented floor cleaner. Window in room looked into the hallway and curtains didn't block out the hallway light that was on all night. Breakfast was not fresh, and selection was awful. We checked out after 1 night because it was so gross.
