"Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again. Thank you! 5 stars from me."

"I may have been lucky prwvipibut this was possibly my worst experience staying at a hotel . I paid for early check in as I needed to be somewhere and checked in online the day previous. When I arrived the receptionist said they had no rooms as the person the day before had taken payments but not done something on the system so she had no rooms she can allocate. "Friendly and helpful owner, Pail who made us feel welcome on arrival. Shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and to eat only issue is that the steps leading to the entrance not easy to access with heavy luggage."

"The pros: The venue is beautiful, perfect for weddings. There was a wedding whilst I was there, and it looked fantastic. It was easy to get to from the old roan train station. Maybe 15-20mins walk. It was comfortable. Breakfast served at 8 was good and what was needed. There's a nice bar and restaurant to relax. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
