"It was our first time travelling to Disney World so we decided to stay at the Hilton as it was a really short walk to Disney Springs. We had a great stay the whole time, no concerns with cleanliness or anything else related to the room. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly & helpful :)."

Communication was lacking. The resort is huge! There were no signs as to direction of the elevators or layout of the facilities.
